Middleton Heat & Air also offers a Super Tune Up which tests for leaking in air duct systems. Duct systems in Arkansas average between 25% and 35% of total system airflow leaking to the OUTSIDE! Some actually are leaking between 80% and 100%.

A visual inspection can identify some basic major problems, and serve as a screening, but it takes diagnostic testing like our Super Tune-Up to confirm exactly how tight or leaky the ducts are, and the final tightness after repairs.

Correcting this leakage by sealing existing ducts or installing new, well-sealed ducts can:
