You can rely on Middleton Heat & Air's highly-skilled service technicians to diagnose, adjust, or repair your system.

• When you need us, we are there.  To better serve you, we offer 24-hour emergency service; regular rates apply Monday-Friday from 7 a.m. until 4 p.m. 
• Your family can feel secure with our service technicians.  All of our service team wear Middleton uniforms, name badges and arrive in well-marked service vehicles.  They have been thoroughly screened and required to complete at least 40 hours of additional training each year.  We do not use subcontractors.
• Minimal downtime.  Our service trucks are well-stocked with parts needed for most common repairs.  We also have a warehouse stocked with compressors and other exclusive parts which allows us to provide a quicker turn around on more complex repairs.
• We respect your home.  Our service professionals use drop cloths and shoe covers and clean up their work area before they leave your home.  Middleton Heat & Air is licensed, bonded, and insured so that there is no risk to you in the unlikely even of an accident, injury or damage to your property.
• Up-Front Pricing.  Our service technician will do a thorough evaluation of your heating and air conditioning system to determine the problem and then explain your options and repair or replacement costs – before any work is done.
• Free 2nd Opinions.  We offer free 2nd opinions to help you make an informed decision on the extent of repairs that are needed and the cost for those repairs.  
• Major makes and models.  We sell and service all major makes and models of heating and cooling systems.
