Little Rock, AR
The Peabody Hotel retrofit project included upgrading an out-dated pair of MAU and exhaust units with new energy recovery units and a new duct system. Due to the size of the hotel, equipment weights, and the quantity of material to be placed on the roof, a special sized helicopter was required. Due to the extensive planning on the part of our highly experienced commercial retrofit team and the requisition of the proper equipment, the otherwise daunting task, of placing equipment and materials with weights in excess of 10,000 lbs., proved to be a trouble-free task. The helicopter was in and out in less than a few hours and OSA and exhaust requirements were upgraded with little discomfort to the owner, their hotel guests or the City of Little Rock.
