My experience with the Middleton Heat and Air technicians was a pleasant one. I was 8 months pregnant when our air conditioner went on the fritz! The two technicians, Leonard and Randall, worked very hard to ensure they got everything back in working order quickly. They were efficient, polite, and very clean. (no mess to clean up) With service work……..you never know what to expect or what kind of person is going to show up at your door. But my experience on 3/19/12 was great and I would recommend this crew/company to my friends.

My husband and I would like to express our appreciation to all the people who were involved in the installation of our new heating and a/c unit. I can’t recall all their names; but, I hope the names will be isted on the job order. They were all professional from the service tech, named Pat, who started the job process by checking out our old system and advising us of all the problems and our options; to the men who had to work in a very low, hot attic.

Justin, your salesman, was professional, courteous and very patient with us. He answered all our questions, answered all our phone calls, and checked back several times to see how the job was going.
