I wanted to let you know about the high quality service I recently received by name of 3 of your excellent employees. Being a senior citizen with a customer service background I request you let the named colleagues of yours know how greatly their skills and compassionate attitudes are appreciated. Friday evening, July 30th, I returned home around 6:30 to find the house very hot during this extreme heat wave and the air conditioner blowing hot air. I called and spoke with Jennifer. She listened to my problem and assured me a technician would be out that evening and it may be 3 or 4 hours due to your heavy work load. She kept me informed and that is so rare in this day and age. When I called back a couple of hours later she gave me the name of the technician that would be coming out to my home and reassured me he would be here. By the way, she has an excellent phone voice, clear, distinct and easy to understand, very courteous and professional. Your technician, Casey, called me about 10:30 and said he was on his way over. He arrived, introduced himself, gave me his business card, and went right to work diagnosing the problem. Needless to say it was dark, very hot inside and out, and I am sure Casey had worked a very long and tiring day. He quickly located the problem, replaced a blown capacitor and got the air conditioner functioning properly. He obviously is highly skilled technically and has a genuine concern for the well-being and satisfaction of his customers. His actions were "Above and Beyond" the norm for customer service. Just one month prior to this, the unit had given a problem and was quickly diagnosed and corrected by one of your supervisors I have had the pleasure of knowing for several years, James. On June 28th, he installed a new evaporator coil and the unit has functioned much better. As a customer, I always ask for James as I know he knows what he is doing. You certainly made a wise choice when you promoted him to supervisor. He has the ability to convey his vast knowledge to others; not many supervisors are willing to teach technical matters and professional manners as he is and does. Also, I would like to commend Greg that took over the routine maintenance once James was promoted. He displayed the same professional knowledge and courtesy. The women that answer your phones are always easy to hear and understand, pleasant and listen to an explanation of the potential problem. Whoever screens and hires your employees does an excellent job and realizes just how important and significant outstanding customer service can be. It is so refreshing to have an honest, dependable and professional heat and air conditioning company to call upon and maintain the home unit.
