About Us – Heating and Air Conditioning

YESTERDAY…Our first heating and air conditioning service vehicle was a 1964 El Camino that was just big enough to carry a couple of people, some basic supplies and tools.

TODAY… our well-stocked fleet of vans, trucks and service vehicles are serving customers throughout central Arkansas.

Family-owned and managed, Middleton Heat & Air was founded by Chuck and Anita Middleton in 1976 in Bryant, Arkansas. With rather humble beginnings (as you can see from the first “service” vehicle), they had a dream in mind—and hard work paid off! The long tradition of keeping our customers comfortable and providing them with excellent quality keeps them coming back year after year.

Today, after over 30 years, Middleton Heat & Air is one of Arkansas’ largest, most trusted and innovative service companies in the state. We have seen major technological advances, market changes, product advances and widespread industry growth. But through the years we have maintained our dedication to each and every customer. It is not only a company with a rich history, but one evolving into the future.
